Wait? Weight?

Ready.....Set.....WAIT!
There's still another day before we have to do the weight thing!
Let's not rush this!

Carol-Ann, you've been sort of quiet this week. Are you looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow or sort of dreading it? I'm feeling a bit unsure, myself. Will I have lost weight or not? So I'm preparing myself for a possible holding pattern. At least holding would be better than gaining!

Well...sometimes ya just know when it ain't gonna be good news! Mind you, my belt is two notches tighter than it was a few months ago so something has been coming off even if the scales don't show it!

I find peanuts a healthy snack, and they are good for weight loss and lowering cholestrol.

I roast them in a skillet and sprinkle them with low sodium content salt and powdered black pepper powder

Well, you've raised another issue here, Amrita! Weight-loss is only part of this venture! The lowering of the bad cholesterol is another facet! And, somehow, we need to start charting our exercise! We need to get our minds working on that one: how can we easily track and report our daily exercise on line!

Good question, C-A! You and Amrita know a lot more about what is possible on a blog than I do, so maybe you will have better ideas. The only one that comes to me is to have a daily blog post for exercise to which we can each add a "comment" giving our exercise for the day, or maybe a weekly one on the weigh-in day giving our exercise list for the past week. ????
