EXERCISE? That's Just a Quack Notion!


Sorry, sis, when it comes to targeting exercise, I'm just a duck ... a sitting duck! Let's see ... you could climb stairs -- but who would want to do that?!

And then there's always sit-ups and push-ups!

OK, so what do we decide? Do we public-eyes this blog to put ourselves under further constraint?! That weekly weigh-in is gonna be for all to see!

Yes, I like that set up for the weigh-in! Now we are good to go, counting down till the next weigh-in. Yikes!

It's easiest when you post your next weigh-in to simply copy the current one and paste it in directly below because, in order to separate the date and the weight there are five periods in black font between them.

I've had a miserable day -- cheese tea biscuit, delicious quiche -- miserably delectable. Tomorrow I shall do better!
